Do you have a track record of successfully managing supplier relationships? If so, we want you to join our team as a Supplier Manager.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of suppliers, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. You will also be responsible for performance management, including setting targets and measuring performance against those targets.You’ll be working with a team of dedicated professionals, who are passionate about what they do and are committed to delivering results. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in our organization and be part of a team that is shaping the future of our industry.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supplier management process, including compliance, contract management and performance management
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier relationships
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure they are met
• Continuously monitor supplier performance and take corrective action as needed

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in supplier management, with a focus on compliance and contract management
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions
• Strong project management skills
