Terra Nova Trusses is a Newfoundland owned and operated company incorporated in 1976. We manufacture trusses for residential and commercial construction and are suppliers of pre engineered wood products.

We are looking for a full time truss designer who will be responsible for the design and sales of roof and floor trusses on the Avalon.

Qualifications:

- The ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with customers

- The willingness to manage and estimate different product lines outside of roof and floor trusses

- The ability to work in a fast paced environment

- General knowledge of the construction and manufacturing industry

- A design background. MiTek Sapphire Structure would be an asset but experience in Auto Cad or Solid Works would be adequate.

- Basic computer skills

- Transportation

Wages to be negotiated based on experience and knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
