Travel Counsellor - Kentville

Position Summary

This role calls for people wholove to travel, love to help people, and love to combine those things to generate sales! What you will do:

• Using your travel passion and knowledge to sell products and destinations your clients require or express interest in.
• Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Preparing and processing itineraries with the assistance of our automated templates.

What you offer:

• Stories and experiences to share of domestic & international travel.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a travel agent/consultant role with specific corporate or leisure travel experience.
• Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated strong verbal communication skills, and professional phone voice.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for travel, and well-traveled globally.
