Responsibilities

The main tasks:

• Implement the training documentation in collaboration with the trainer
• Coordinate registrations.
• Ensure satisfaction follow-ups
• Manage training schedules
• Ensure clerical tasks in connection with training
  
  

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Have experience in an administrative context
• Be comfortable with technologies
• Be dynamic and smart
• Be resourceful
• Be very skilled with Word and Excel
• Have excellent customer service
• Bilingualism
• Daytime schedule from Monday to Friday at 40h
• Variable schedule depending on the training (4 evenings per month until 6.30 p.m.)
