Job Description

Our location in Northern Ontario - Green Lights Environmental Solutions, a hazardous materials management & safety training company focused on providing an unprecedented level of service and support for their clients is looking for a certified professional to provide specialized training, audits, inspections, and project management for small hazardous waste pickups.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for various customers, including mining companies, school boards, and government agencies.
• Prepare presentations and supporting documents, such as training materials, training cards, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Coordinate with customers to address their supply sourcing and material management needs.
• Prepare estimates for services.
• Conduct inspections and audits as per provincial regulations, including WHMIS, Occupational Health and Safety, Ontario Fire Code, and tool guarding.
• Inspect and certify playground equipment, administering corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Additional training will be provided.
• Willingness to travel throughout Northern Ontario.
• Working knowledge of Ontario Health and Safety regulations is an asset.
• Strong interest in delivering training in both classroom and remote settings.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Project management skills considered an asset.
