The Declaration Wine & Spirits Inc. portfolio includes global leading wine, spirits and RTD (Ready to Drink) brands such as: La Marca, High Noon, Barefoot, Apothic, White Haven, Carnivor, New Amsterdam, Pink Whitney, Rum Chata, Louis Martini, Orin Swift, and Rombauer just to name a few.

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager, based in Montreal to join our Declaration Wine & Spirits Inc. team. The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for bringing our brands to life in marketing including managing A&P Budgets, building Regional Trade Marketing Plans, and developing sales campaigns and programs in line with customer deadlines. The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for evaluating Trade Program Performance through key metrics such as distribution, volume, margin, display etc.

What You Will Do:

  • Accurately manage fiscal A&P budgets in ABP
  • Develop and build Regional Trade Marketing Plans in conjunction with Regional Sales Director to ensure Programming supports sustainable OTC Revenue Growth Objectives
  • Develop Sales Campaigns and Program across all Channels (Retail/OP).
  • Support the implementation of trade marketing plans by tracking performance of key outputs such as distribution, volume, margin, display, sampling, and other merchandising activities
  • Conduct ongoing sales data analysis (ROI, trends, competitors, category, etc.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive sales or marketing experience, preferably in the beverage alcohol industry
  • Completed Bachelor‘s Degree in Marketing, Business or related from a recognized institution
  • Effective leadership and strategic influencing skills
  • Effective business systems thinker and a good understanding of business process knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with others in a diverse environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in French is required
