P.A.C.E. Inc is a Therapy, Counselling, Case Management and Consulting company in southwestern Ontario (Chatham/Kent and Sarnia/Lambton). We work with a wide range of clients from various backgrounds. We currently employ 4 therapists (Art Therapist, Psychotherapist and two Social Workers with their Masters). We are looking to bring another Therapist onboard to join our amazing team who has experience in using Art or Play therapy in their practice. THIS JOB IS IN THE LAMBTON COUNTY/CHATHAM-KENT AREA.

Qualifications:

● Registered Member in good standing with a Regulatory College - College of
Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), Ontario College of Social
Workers (OCSWSSW)

● Experience in grief and bereavement counselling, trauma counselling and addiction preferred

● Experience in using Art or Play Therapy techniques in their practice.
● Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
● Excellent organization, problem solving, decision making, and time management skills
● Demonstrated effective interpersonal and group facilitation skills
● Demonstrated ability to be spontaneous, creative, enthusiastic, self-directed, motivated, and flexible
● Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis

Rate of Pay:

● Rate of pay is based on the number of direct client hours per work ($60.00 per hour of direct therapy work) plus 10% for case noting and planning.
