Our client is an industry leader in delivering bundled HVAC, energy and water heating solutions to Builders, Consumers, Commercial customers, and Multi-Family housing providers across North America. They have $30 billion in assets and 2.5 million customers across North America!

Our client is looking for independent, motivated and entrepreneurial sales individuals to drive growth through specific sales channels. Successful candidates will prospect, meet with, and close on opportunities with housing providers across defined target markets.

About The Role
  • Building champion relationships with key industry contractors will be crucial in this role.
  • Proactively research quality and quantity prospects for lead generation and follow-up
  • Effectively navigate gatekeepers and objections to set appointments
  • Present program benefits and value proposition to prospects through emails, proposals, and presentations
  • Drive successful business growth of account clients in respective regions
  • Effectively move prospects from current “stalled state” through sales process to drive significant results
  • Represent the business as a respected industry leader professional
  • Ongoing tracking, follow up on prospects and leads for success
About You
  • A track record of consultative sales selling success
  • High close rate in a variable compensation sales structure
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to find, reach, engage, and book sales appointments through professional and innovative techniques
  • Ability to work independently and professionally to drive results
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a high-performance team setting
  • Impeccable follow up techniques, organizational skills and close ratio success
  • Previous HVAC related sales not required
