Trilinks Communications Inc - 20+ Years of experience Building our Nation’s Wireless Telecommunications Networks - Safely, Efficiently and on-Time.

We are looking to fill full time Foremen positions for:

Tower and Rooftop Site installations, working at heights of up to 300 feet. Installation of tower accessories and associated auxiliary equipment. Extensive travel to job locations all across BC. Working outdoors in all conditions; safely and productively in a team environment producing a high quality of work. Use of Winches, Rigging/ Hoisting equipment. Network and Technology Upgrade works, Troubleshooting and maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Leading a crew of 3 in a respectful and proactive way
• Responsible for a range of projects including site build, maintenance, upgrades, decommission
• Completing daily inspections as required including but not limited to JSA’s truck inspections, harness inspections, ariel lift inspections
• Ensuring quality control and work
• Installation and testing of telecommunication equipment cellular antennas, microwave antennas, jumpers and connectors

• Identify safe working conditions on site with equipment and tools

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous Foremen experience
• Ability to work at heights (No fear of heights).
• Travel working outdoors
• Hands on Mechanical aptitude, proficient with wrenches and hand tools etc.
• Proficient in the use of modern technology, computers and devices.
• Professional image and good communications skills.
• Dependability, Honesty, Physical Stamina, Mechanical & Technical Aptitude, Team Player.
• Valid Canadian driver’s license is required
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• A clean criminal background check.
• Prior Tower Rigging Experience
• Prior Telecommunications experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $34.00-$37.00 per hour
