Summary:

• Service, Maintenance, cabling and Installation of Systems Sold on site or remotely.
• Diagnoses Problems, repair or replace parts and test.
• Installation of required cables at customer sites in professional manner.
• Computer proficiency is a must.
• Customer service and electronic Service background an asset.
• Alarm or Telecom experience would be an asset.
• Must possess and maintain a class G driver’s license.
• Must maintain a clean, professional image and be Customer Service minded.
• Verify systems functioning properly by testing equipment, connections, and signals, and identifying and correcting problems.
• Troubleshoot systems, resolve issues for customers and end users.
• Relationship building with clients and prospects for future opportunities.
• Provide unparalleled customer service excellence for our customers.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and team player for a fast-paced work place.
