We are an international company that markets Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) solutions under the Traffic Logix, Enforcement Logix and Parking Logix brands since 1995.

Our company Traffic Logix is looking to hire an entrepreneurial, fast thinking and dynamic Technical Support Analystin our Technical Support Department.

*Must be able to commute to work at Montreal office as partial telework is in place.*

Tasks (including but not limited to):

o Provide Level-1 & 2 technical support via e-mail or phone

o Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

o Provide technical assistance to the customers using existing knowledge base, through problem determination/trouble shooting and root cause analysis skills

o Prioritize and understand issues

o Communicates action plans to the customers

o Recommend and/or implement new solutions or improvements to existing technical support tools, procedures and processes

o Provide training to the customers on released products

o Provide On-Site Technical Support

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

  • DEC or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or customer focused support role
  • High proficiency in English (written and oral)
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft office suite
  • Tech-savvy. Comfortable with learning new tools and technology
  • Multi-tasker. Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
  • You can manage yourself and manage up and down. You also have the ability to manage both short-term and long-term priorities simultaneously.
  • High organizational skills
