What does your day-to-day look like?

• Initiate and co-ordinate kick-off meetings with the sales team and drafting department
• Responsible for ensuring that information required by the drafting department is accurate and available
• Communicate with sales team and clients as to permit process and timelines
• Co-ordinate and distribute information from engineered drawings to installation and sub-contractors
• Liaise with engineer and sub-contractors to ensure builds are completed in accordance with the stamped drawings
• Responsible for engineering field reviews and project signoff

• Build a working relationship with municipalities
• Minimize deficiencies by ensuring submittals are accurate and in accordance with standard drawing office procedures, the provincial and national building code and municipal bylaws are all met
• The coordination of industry specialists from time to time according to municipal bylaws or requests

• Provide technical support to the local sales and installation team
• Assist with the processing of orders
• Assist with the allocation of Fresh Desk tickets
• Assist with the resolution of Fresh Desk tickets

• Understanding of drafting software (AutoCAD/Revit)
• Excellent tech communication/coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail
