Job Description


Our Heavy vehicle division is looking for a Technical Sales Support

As a Technical Sales Support, your role will be to support the Traction and TW sales and customer service departments in two ways: as a technical expert for heavy vehicle products, and more precisely the suspension system; and as a regional coordinator for our national technical training program.

Job Duties:

  • Visit, when required, Traction and TW customers with managers and sales representatives to assist them in their sales and customer service initiatives (training clinics, technical and customer service troubleshooting, etc.). Occasionally make presentations or give talks to industry associations.
  • Coordinate, on an ongoing basis, the implementation of our technical training program for our internal sales staff in addition to our external customers.
  • Contribute to the development of the division’s technical training program
  • Visit Traction stores and TW representatives regularly to improve our staff’s technical knowledge.
  • Keep watch on changing market conditions and competitor products to assist in the expansion of our division

Qualifications


To join our team, you need:

  • Mechanical training for heavy vehicles or equivalent experience
  • 10-15 years’ relevant experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of our heavy vehicle products;
  • Marked ability to assess customers’ technical needs;
  • Marked ability to analyse customer complaints and suggest winning solutions;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • The Candidate will be bilingual,
  • Specialist in suspension for heavy vehicles,
  • Good communicator,
  • Available to travel
