The Opportunity: Team Assistant, Commercial Auto

As a Team Assistant to our Commercial Auto Team , you will assist Account Managers will all aspects of service Commercial Auto accounts. We are seeking an individual with a strong attention to detail to join our Chilliwack team, and work alongside amazing leaders who are invested in YOU!

What you will bring to our team:
Level 1 General Insurance License preferred, but not required - we will train the right person for the role!

Previous Autoplan experience preferred

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong attention to detail

Strong computer skills with basic knowledge of MS office products; word, excel, outlook

A high level of motivation and the ability to multi-task

Ability to work in a fast paced team environment and handle high volumes of transactions

A day in the life:
Assisting with maintenance of fleet accounts

Providing a high level of service to both internal and external clients

Reviewing, updating and assisting with composition of insurance coverages, extensions and information

Assessing coverage limits and recommending optional coverages to clients

Provide policy and coverage information and interpretation to producers and clients
