RHEI is seeking a passionate Talent Manager to support our top Sports Content Creators (Partners) on our Talent Management team!

This role manages both our large and up-and-coming partners. You will be proactively providing 1:1 support for RHEI Partners to maximize their experience with RHEI, facilitate their inquiries, ensure their retention and close additional revenue opportunities on their behalf.

Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of content creators primarily in the areas of Sports & Entertainment.
  • Help develop their online presence across multiple platforms as well as offer 1:1 account support with any issues surrounding their partnership (ie NBA Playmakers)
  • Collaborate and support the Community Managerto develop and strengthen our Enterprise partnerships with our clients (ie NBA Playmakers)
  • Coordinate and support the Community Managerto build operational excellence to ensure the delivery of our NBA Playmaker program to creators by establishing clear operational processes with the NBA and with internal RHEI teams
  • Coordinate with the Creator Growth Insights team to provide monthly/quarterly/annual reports on the use of IP by our creators
  • Coordinate with the Creator Growth Insights team to provide intelligent insights and audience development sessions with our creators to ensure creators understand the viewership and financial benefit of using IP in their content
  • Coordinate with the Community Manager to track and report on the use of all NBA Playmaker value-adds (ie tickets, merch, League Pass codes, etc) and provide monthly usage reports to management
  • Coordinate with the Community Manager for requesting and processing NBA Playmaker value-adds and ensuring value-adds are presented to creators
  • Coordinate with Marketing to ensure we are producing and sharing impactful creator comms to our creators that illustrate the benefits of our Enterprise partnerships (ie NBA Playmakers)
  • Develop a deep understanding of the profitability of our sports and entertainment creators
  • Recommend proactive creator strategies to ensure our most valuable/profitable creators are delivered value
  • Coordinate with the Creator Growth Insights team to develop monthly creator reports that illustrate the value we deliver to our creators (ie direct ads revenue)
  • Maintain a proactive schedule of partner communications and strategies through various mediums.
  • Responsible for partner retention including tracking and analysis across the portfolio.
  • Focus on developing and implementing creative ways to help creators develop and achieve strategy performance goals on YouTube and other platforms (e.g., channel optimization, audience development, business growth) with the support of other team members.
  • Respond to partner questions and concerns regarding ads and monetization, reporting/payments, partnership agreements, RHEI’s technology platform, copyright and community guidelines, and more, which may include communications outside core working hours.
  • Act as a liaison across all departments within RHEI to facilitate initiatives.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and provide ongoing channel growth strategy to partners (e.g. programming, channel optimization and management, audience development).
  • Identify strategic opportunities for your portfolio of partners to generate additional revenue streams and brand-building opportunities.
  • Drive, measure, and segment partner performance using key metrics with the support of the creator analytics team.
  • Provide regular updates on partner development, initiatives and results.
  • Work with RHEI’s Branded Entertainment division to identify RHEI partners to develop and deliver advertising campaigns on partner channels.
  • Travel as required to industry events and conferences to rep RHEI.
  • Other reasonable duties as requested from time to time.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the sports industry (ideally NBA), with experience working directly with content creators in these fields.
  • Proven track record of developing and enhancing online presence across various platforms, with a focus on driving engagement and audience growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide 1:1 account support and build strong relationships with content creators.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in developing and strengthening enterprise partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and optimize operational processes to ensure effective program delivery and management.
  • Proficiency in Social Media data analysis and reporting, with experience in providing insights and recommendations based on performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and monetization strategies, particularly within the context of content creator partnerships.
