PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:

• Identification des solutions matérielles et logicielles.
• Résolution des problèmes techniques.
• Diagnostiquer et réparer les pannes.
• Résolution des problèmes de réseau.
• Installation et configuration du matériel et des logiciels.
• Accompagnement sous forme de documentation procédurale.
• Gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES:

• Expérience préalable dans le support technique, le support de bureau ou un rôle similaire.
• Maîtrise de Windows/Mac OS/Android
• Expérience avec les applications de bureau à distance.
• Souci du détail et bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes.
• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles.
• Bonne communication écrite et verbale.

À SAVOIR

• Il s’agit d’une position stable dans un environnement entièrement automatisé;
• Le travail s’effectue majoritairement à l’extérieur mais toujours à l’abri;
• La compréhension de l’anglais est un atout;
• Ce poste garanti un 40hrs semaine et parfois plus selon les besoins.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying hardware and software solutions.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults.
• Resolving network issues.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
• Managing multiple cases at one time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS/Android
• Experience with remote desktop applications.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.

This is a stable position in a fully automated environment;
Most of the work is done outdoors but always in a sheltered area;
Understanding of English is an asset;
This position guarantees a 40hrs week and sometimes overtime as needed.
