Join us as Supplier Development Coordinator, and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in St-Bruno, Quebec.

As an Excellence Specialist, you will ensure reactively and proactively the development of our key suppliers. Partnering with buyers, SQA and Supply Chain for what concern Supplier Approval, Supplier Performance Review and Capacity & Risk analysis. Take the lead on crisis management and drive or contribute to the problem-solving.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Crisis Management when needed to ensure the supplier is back on track quickly
• On Site Support & 3rd party management if any
• Issue with delivery program during Ramp-up of project or change in beat rate
• Capacity management to ensure sustainability, monitoring business continuity and financial health
• Supplier Approval partnering with SQA, Buyers & Supply Chain
• Supplier performance Review to drive keys improvement and cost reduction opportunities

Key requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• 5 to 8 years of experience
• Solid to advanced experience of Lean, Quality, methods and supply chain activities
• People management skills in a functional mode
• Bilingual (English and French)
