Qualified candidates will be required to: participate in the estimating of new projects, lead in the planning and execution of upcoming projects, determine resource requirements, and manage oversight of staff. Your Experience Will Include

5-10 Years Experience working in the Environmental & Hazardous Material Removal & Abatement Industry

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role.

Excellent knowledge of management best practices and strong managerial skills.

Solid communication, problem solving and team working skills

Excellent organizational and project management skills

What You Will Be Doing

Determine resource requirements, utilization, and capacity

Assist with recruitment, performance evaluations, promotion, retention, and termination of team activities

Oversee the onboarding process and training of staff members

Provide input to estimating, project management and operations as required

Monitor on-site activities for safety, quality, and performance

Prepare a complete estimate(s) for asbestos and hazardous waste projects
