What we’re looking for

The Momentive Strategic Planning and Analysis organization is looking for an experienced SP&A Manager who will be an important player in and is excited about driving and scaling Momentive’s expansion. You will partner with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the SVP Marketing (direct CEO reports) and their teams on all planning, and analysis activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic FP&A organization that is operating at an accelerated pace and scaling for the future. You will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

You will

• Be the primary financial partner to the Chief Operating Officer and SVP, Marketing and own end-to-end financial planning (current quarter, current year, multi-year)
• Partner with the COO and SVP marketing leadership teams to lead operational analysis, reporting, forecasting, and improvements to operating expense efficiency
• Work with business partners to lead "investment to outcome" mentality; Ensure all investments are measured against desired outcomes and course correct when needed
• Develop important financial insights to help allow the company to meet its monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
• Promote alignment with the Go-To-Market Executive Team to set quarterly and annual pipeline targets, report weekly progress and provide detailed analysis and modeling
• Enhance the current reporting on marketing investments by increasing insight into pipeline efficiency, unit economics, return on investment, cost of acquisition
• Partner with our corporate finance team to give analysis to our Board of Directors
  

You have

• 5+ years of experience in finance with emphasis on planning, financial analysis, and financial modeling with relevant work experience as a FP&A partner or a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling with experience building complex and detailed financial models from scratch
• Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Financial knowledge with proficiency in accounting principles and corporate finance
• Ability to interact with executive level stakeholders
