Staffing Coordinator

• Have at least one-year experience in administration or coordination; experience in the staffing industry would be an asset
• Post-secondary education in a related field would be highly beneficial
• A demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients
• Team oriented, willing to assist where needed but can also work well independently
• Must be deadline driven, able to handle multiple and changing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• A calm and well-organized problem solver who can think quickly on their feet and works well under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office including Word and Outlook
• A self-starter who will ask questions, present new ideas, and can think outside the box
• Must have the ability to work remotely as required

• Review applications and candidates to evaluate if they will be a good fit for our positions
• Manage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes
• Work with the team on initiatives to help maintain and improve processes
• Exemplary verbal communication skills will be required, to interact with candidates
• Strong written skills required to compose emails and documents
• Matching and placing of qualified candidates on temporary assignments
