Our programsThe marketing team is responsible for driving customer growth and expanding company awareness. We are fortunate to be the category leader in product development software. And we are highly respected for having built a a totally different type of SaaS company.The Sr. Website Designer is responsible for creating world-class designs for all Aha! web properties, including our website www.aha.io , landing pages, and other web assets. You will also work on impactful display advertising.The goal of the Sr. Website Designer is to deliver designs that are beautiful, on brand, and drive website conversion. In this role, you will create integrated website designs and ads that are bold and meet business goals. You will work with a broader team of creatives including graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters.We do our planning and collaboration in Aha! Roadmaps . We are power users of our own software, often providing feedback and suggestions for improvements that are shipped to customers too. We use Slack and Zoom for video calls. (Email? Rarely.)Your ExperienceWe are looking for someone with 7+ years experience in website design for a high-growth SaaS business. You will be able to share your portfolio and explain the impact that your work had.You are an expert at designing visually beautiful websites and advertising that drive conversion. You have an eye for online experiences that engage your audience, clearly communicate your point, and drive results. While you are a creative at heart, you look to data as well to improve your work and drive business performance.As importantly, your designs further a cohesive brand look-and-feel that is consistent both in your own work as well as the work of peer designers. You are handy with a style guide and are always looking to evolve the brand look-and-feel to remain fresh and relevant to your target audiences.Your portfolio includes examples of how you have intertwined different creative elements into your designs, including graphics, video, copy, and other multimedia elements. While design of the end-to-end experience is your specialty, you can ably create supporting graphics, video, or both for your designs.If this sounds like you – and you want to be part of a highly productive and collaborative SaaS business – then this role is for you.Your work at Aha!The Aha! website is a hugely valuable asset to our business. As Sr. Website Designer, your responsibilities will include:

• Create designs for www.aha.io and all related pages, as well as designs for landing pages, advertising, and other web properties
• Define design priorities for Aha! web properties to meet our business objectives and remain a market leader
• Collect input and direction from across marketing to meet the broader teams needs
• Coordinate with Aha! engineering and website implementation teams to execute on your designs while being mindful of implementation tradeoffs
• Partner with broader team of graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to bring your designs to life
• Ensure brand consistency in all creative executions
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, drawing energy from rapid turn-around times to bring your high quality work to market quickly
