Sr Director, Growth & Web Strategy

We are looking for a Sr Director, Growth & Web Strategy to lead a high-performing team of web and growth marketing functions responsible for creating and implementing strategic initiatives across our web and trial experiences. The ideal candidate will be an expert at B2B SaaS web strategy, growth hacking, conversion rate optimization, AB testing, SEO, and web content and have experience bringing systematic approaches and methodologies to web strategy teams where awareness, demand and product-led growth are a core focus.

This role can be based out of an Auth0 office or work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada and will report to the SVP, Marketing.

What You Will Do

  • Global website strategy: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to build and own the marketing website strategy, ensuring we meet global growth objectives and deliver a best in class website experience.
  • Online lead acquisition: Work with the digital marketing team to create compelling triggers for lead capture across our homepage, product pages, resources and landing pages.
  • Web experimentation initiatives: Drive the strategy, programs and experiments that will lead to insights and web optimization/acquisition breakthroughs.
  • Project and performance management: Drive strategy, management, prioritization and execution of KPI- and UX-centric initiatives that move our business forward. Steer content, design, product, and development teams, and own performance goals across the website.
  • Team leadership: Lead, build and motivate a team responsible for web development, growth marketing testing and experimentation, and SEO. Drive the cross-departmental engagement required to steward Auth0’s voice, design, and messaging to align with Auth0 brand.

What You Will Bring

  • 6+ years in growth marketing, web strategy and/or SEO (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years in leading a marketing/ growth/web organization (or equivalent)
  • Experience in leading a diverse, globally distributed team
  • A solid track record of past success
  • Strong experience in growth hacking, web strategy, web development, testing, customer acquisition funnels and performance marketing
  • Are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with data
  • Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Are adept at building relationships and communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Can find, recruit, coach and retain excellent talent
  • Experience leading a growth/web optimization team focused in both B2B and B2C scenarios is a plus
  • Experience in effectively managing marketing budgets
