À titre de Spécialiste en logiciels, votre rôle sera principalement de développer des logiciels en utilisant le langage C# et la technologie .NET afin de soutenir les opérations et la maintenance de la flotte d’aéronefs de nos clients. Vous contribuerez également à maintenir des outils informatiques internes en utilisant le langage PL/SQL. En plus de votre participation au développement des logiciels, votre aurez un rôle à jouer dans notre environnement de travail fondé sur la méthode Agile de type SCRUM.

Vos défis

• Modifier et maintenir les logiciels existants qui soutiennent les opérations de la flotte d’aéronefs et de l’administration.
• Participer à toutes les étapes du cycle de projet de développement : design, développement, intégration, essais et déploiement du logiciel.
• Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin de livrer des logiciels en respectant les plus hautes normes de qualité de CAE.
• Travailler dans un environnement Agile avec la méthodologie SCRUM.
  

Vos forces

• Baccalauréat en informatique ou toute autre formation pertinente dans un domaine en lien avec le poste.
• Minimum de 2 années d’expérience pertinente.
• Bonne connaissance du langage C#.
• Connaissance de la technologie .NET.
• Bonne connaissance du langage PL/SQL.
• Connaissance de JAVA, un atout.
• Connaissance Oracle Forms, un atout.
• Autonomie.
• Travailler en équipe.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français.
  

Requis Opérationnels

• Doit être éligible à l’enregistrement au programme des marchandises contrôlées.
• Doit être éligible à l’obtention et au maintien de la cote de fiabilité du gouvernement du Canada, et de la cote de sécurité niveau 2 (secret).
• Les travaux seront effectués majoritairement à Mirabel (occasionnellement à Ville Saint Laurent). Le lieu de travail principal n’est pas accessible via les transports en commun. Une voiture est requise.

Summary of the job description:Position is to participate in the maintenance and support of FTNET and internal applications.

Job Description

As a Software Specialist, you will mainly develop software in C# and using the .NET technology to support the operations and the aircraft fleet of our customers. You will also contribute to the maintenance of internal software tools developed using the PL/SQL language. In addition to your contribution to software development, you will also take part in our work environment based on the Agile-SCRUM methodology.

Your Challenges

• Modify and maintain existing software supporting the operations of the aircraft fleet and the administration.
• Contribute to the complete project development lifecycle: design, development, integration, testing and software release.
• Collaborate with the internal teams to deliver software that meet the high quality standards of CAE.
• Work in an Agile environment using the SCRUM methodology.
  

Your Strengths

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any other training relevant to the position.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of C#.
• Knowledge of .NET Technology.
• Good knowledge of the PL/SQL programming language.
• Knowledge of JAVA, an asset.
• Knowledge of Oracle Forms, an asset.
• Autonomy.
• Teamwork.
• Fluency in English and French.
  

Operational Requirements

• Must be eligible for registration to the Controlled Goods Program.
• Must be eligible to obtaining and maintaining the government of Canada’s “Reliability” status and Level 2 (Secret) security clearance.
• Work will be performed mostly in Mirabel (occasionally in Saint-Laurent). Main work location is not accessible via public transportation. A car is needed.
