We are looking for passionate, energetic and well-organized spa Sales and Marketing Managers with experience in the retail sector. The right candidate will have successful sales and marketing strategies for different businesses products and services, product development and management, as well as top-notch communication skills with customers and management teams. Our Sales and Marketing Managers are responsible for coming up with strategies to make sure that customers are happy and can easily find the right products that suit them.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed sales strategies and implement them with the sales team.
• Conduct market research to determine customer needs and expectations.
• Supervise and train the sales staff.
• Create effective campaigns for our products.
• Create a plan for new product marketing.
• Develop an effective pricing strategy for the company’s products.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $44,866.00-$50,940.00 per year
