Overview:

Tsb Communications is seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about interior design/real estate, social media, digital marketing, and have a creative flair. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to our online presence of our prop tech start up. We are looking for the right team mate to join our exciting venture as we look to build the next "whale" company.

Please note as a start up, we all wear many different hats in the company, you will be required to help fill in tasks outside your immediate role.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media/blog strategies to increase brand awareness related to home staging and interior design and our services.

- Create engaging content for various social media platforms

- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities

- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency

- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing metrics

- Design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator

- Proofread and edit content before publishing

- Implement SEO strategies to optimize social media content

- Create a blog and social media vertical strategy

Qualifications:

Experience or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

- Proficiency in graphic design and content creation

- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite etc...

- Strong research skills to identify industry trends and audience preferences

- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices

- Google Analytics/Adwords is bonus

- Pay per click is a bonus

- Photography and video is a bonus

Pay: $33,500.00-$50,000.00 per year
