Vehicle Protective Solutions is seeking a production assistant/social media manager for its location in Winnipeg, MB. The right candidate should excel in social media management and will learn how to cut film patterns from a computer software to assist with production on a day to day basis.

The candidate must be a team player who is able to work in a fast paced environment and is willing to devote him/herself to a growing organization.

As a production assistant and social media manager, the candidate would be responsible for :

• managing social media on a daily basis (daily posts, reels)
• content creation (pictures, videos)
• assist with answering direct messages
• learn and become proficient with plotting patterns from pattern softwares (selecting proper patterns, modifying/manipulating patterns accordingly, cutting and weeding film patterns)
• assist with transporting vehicles to and from the shop
• maintain a clean shop / work environment
• maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by superior(s)
• ensure high quality applications / output
• develop his/her skills and learn other skills

Requirements

• Must have prior experience in social media management
• Graphic design experience considered an asset
• High School Diploma as Education
• Current and valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to drive competently
• Must have a keen attention to detail, willingness to learn, and able to listen and follow instructions properly
• Proficient computer skills
• Must have a courteous attitude towards others (associates, customers, etc.)
• Must maintain a professional appearance
