About Our Client

Our client is an established General Contractor and Construction Management firm dedicated to new build ICI and High Rise Residential Condominium construction projects across the GTA and South Western ON. They have an excellent track record of delivering high profile building projects to a variety of clients, owners and developers. Due to current growth, the organization is looking to secure an experienced Site Superintendent to join their team for a high rise building project in Barrie, ON.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Manage the day to day site operations for the project in conjunction with the General Super and Assistant Super
• Maintain a high level of health and safety practices on site at all times
• Coordinate, manage and schedule all sub-trades for the project
• Report project progress to key internal and external stakeholders
• All other duties as required

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 10+ years of experience working with established high rise GC or CM firms in the Toronto / GTA market
• Experience overseeing multiple full cycle Condominium new build projects in the Toronto market valued between $50M and $100M in scope
• Post secondary college or university education, related to engineering or construction
• GSC designation is an asset
• Strong organizational, leadership and technical software skills
