Required immediately, our Regina Branch is seeking a Showroom Design Consultant / In Home for the Regina Area!We invite all sales and hospitality professionals to apply to this highly lucrative commissioned role.Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or the hospitality industry is ideal
• 1-2 years Sales or direct Kitchen & Bath sales experience an asset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good math skills, with solid understanding of fractions and measurements
• Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft office products and ability to learn other software programs
• Able to approach situations with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Must have a reliable vehicle, possess a valid Driver’s License and clear criminal record check
• Availability including evenings and Saturdays
• Able to follow a structured sales process

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processes orders and accepts payment from customers made over the telephone or in person
• Assists customers in person, by email or on the telephone
• Inputs orders/quotes into the computer system and confirms availability of product
• Responds to customer inquiries and coordinating activities with other departments as necessary; escalates complaints to supervisor as required.
• Assists customer in the selection of product
• Complete In Home consultations, when necessary, approximately 20% of your focus.
• Take measurements and providing accurate, prompt price quote to homeowner
• Educate customers thoroughly about FLOFORM products, installation process, product care, and warranty information
• Maintains customer service records
• Establishes proactive communication with customers to ensure understanding of product ordered
• Handles quality and service issues to develop/maintain customer loyalty
• Ensures orders are priced accurately and invoices are issued promptly
• Resolves pricing/invoicing/credit/payment/shipping discrepancies for customer with the appropriate department(s)
• Keeps the showroom clean and sets up displays as needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Hours Day, Evening and Weekend Availability
