Mr. Burger was founded in 1976 and has been an institution in Oshawa for over 40 years. We grind our beef in-house using only top-quality meat with no fillers or added preservatives.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The successful candidate will be a motivated, hard worker with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

WHAT TO EXPECT.

You will be working 36-44 hours per week for this position with two weeks off per year. You will be tasked with learning all the areas in the restaurant, including Frier, Cash, Grilling, Prep and Dressings.

You will be paid weekly, and tip-out ranges from 2-3 dollars extra an hour weekly after probation.

For every position, you learn your wage increases further.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Interacting with guests in an inviting way

-Learning multiple positions within the company

-Be responsible for closing and cleaning duties.

-Ensure consistent product quality.

-Following workplace safety.

-Assist in maintaining a great workplace culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.00-$16.50 per hour
