- Preparing various shipping documents at the Toronto warehouse and direct to customers (Canada and US);
- Issuing customs requests for shipments outside of Canada;
- Responding to various shipment tracking requests (vendors or other);
- Managing subcontractor shipments;
- Communicating with different carriers;
- Returning goods (RNC) to various suppliers in collaboration with the quality department;
- Updating “Delivery” files (closing, completing or cancelling incomplete transactions);
- Replacing the inventory management position;
- Providing administrative assistance to the Executive Committee.
- DEC in Administration or related field;
- Two years experience in a shipping related position
- Scheduling flexibility (after 5 pm for late shipments);
- Knowledge of SAP software an asset;
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite;
- Very good knowledge of French both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of English both written and spoken
- Dynamic and resourceful
- Good sense of initiative
- Ability to manage priorities
