Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as our closet production associate. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality closet organizers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Operate production machinery and equipment to fabricate, package, and process shelving
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Monitor production processes to identify any issues or deviations from specifications
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to safe work practices
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Conduct basic mathematical calculations for ensuring properly produced closets

Experience:

-Knowledge of edgebanding, tables saws, Blum mini press is an added value

-Cabinetry and carpentry experience is an asset
- Previous experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Familiarity with operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery issues is desirable

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
