YOUR ROLE

ALDO Group International (AGI) seeks strategic, analytical and enthusiastic team player for our Senior Specialist, Paid Media role!

The Senior Specialist, Paid Media is responsible for the planning, creation, and execution of integrated digital media campaigns for ALDO top partners globally.

As our Senior Specialist, Paid Media, you will be responsible for the execution of paid media campaigns that drive online sales and growth. You will interact with strategic partners globally guide them through best practices and assisting them with their campaigns. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager of eCommerce.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, design and launch of paid advertising campaigns - able to own and provide supervision on the strategy, execution and reporting of entire campaigns, across all digital marketing channels with a heavy emphasis on Paid Media (Social Media and Search).
  • Responsible for reaching the paid media objectives of our ALDO partners, and leading the team to drive conversions and online sales objectives.
  • Support Account Directors and eCommerce Senior Manager for partner’s communication and day-to-day interactions, to achieve positive business goals.
  • Train and advise partners in the building and optimization of paid campaigns.
  • Act as a key subject matter expert within ALDO team for all issues related to technical campaign details, strategic insights and industry best practices.
  • Responsible for reporting of KPIs and strategic insights to partners, ensuring the report is accurate and representative of performance, including ensuring site analytics are always captured appropriately (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc).
  • Prepare campaign proposals and memos for major campaign activations in collaboration with the brand team.
  • Help innovate by developing and executing tests and analyzing trends and insights to adapt strategies to achieve maximum ROAS for ALDO business partners.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in paid media and online advertising, including new tools and platforms.
  • Launch recurring account audits of paid search & display campaigns.
  • Provide regular reporting optimization recommendations on campaigns
  • Support the eCommerce team and account directors on partners calls with technical campaign information & strategy

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in paid media in retail and a proven track record of driving eCommerce sales and growth via online advertising channels.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of paid media experience in an agency environment
  • Experience working with large digital media campaigns with large budgets, multi-channel ecommerce/retail accounts
  • Hands-on experience creating and optimizing campaigns on key social, search, programmatic, CRM, and other platforms (including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SA360, Snapchat, MailChimp, TikTok and other display partners)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with a proven ability to work with both internal and business partners.
  • Excellent written & verbal English skills considering constant communications with our international clients.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and multi-task.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset who is self-motivated and results-driven with a high level of initiative and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Able to work in a team and cross-team environment
