Our Sr. Scrum Master will play a crucial role for the organization; they will be responsible building high functioning teams in a complex IT environment. This individual will gain a strong understanding about the product that the team is supporting as well as establish a good working relationship with the Product Owner and the Agile Managers that support the running of the team.
The right candidate is highly experienced in managing a Scrum team, an expert in understanding and executing the general principles and framework of Agile Development and Scrum; and can adapt and improve those principles where necessary to suit this organization. The key to success is a team that runs smoothly with a good velocity whilst constantly focusing on delivering the highest business value possible. They will coach the team on the benefits and principles of self-organization and collaboration and remove impediments for the team; assessing the Scrum maturity and building a trusting and safe environment. They will be passionate about facilitating discussion and conflict resolution.

You’re great at:
  • Managing multiple and changing projects and priorities in a dynamic environment, and to deliver results to deadlines.
  • Committing to looking for ways for the team to continually improve
  • Bridging the gap between technical and business requirements
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with both the business and Scrum team
  • Influencing without authority
  • Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and following through on commitments.
You have:
  • Minimum University Degree or College Diploma in related discipline or the equivalent work environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master – preferably Advanced CSM or PSM II
  • Minimum 10+ years of working experience using various SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, Iterative, Lean).
  • Experienced creating dashboards and queries in Azure DevOps or a similar agile management software tool with track record of using the data to improve results.
  • Proven results of working with a Scrum team to establish and deliver the highest business value on a consistent basis within deadlines.
