Role: Senior Program Director.

Location: 2 days Onsite in Toronto, Canada, 1 day offsite.

Work Duration: 21 hours per week – 7 hour days

Contract duration: 2-year contract

Pay: Based on experience.

Job Requirement:

• New EPIC or Cerner installation – Must have prior EPIC or Cerner install knowledge.
• Experience: 4+ years as Program Director

Responsibilities:

• Directing the completion of complex projects as per planned budget, time, and quality.
• Oversee program leadership, managing budgeted funding and delivering.
• Assess and review performance and KPI metrics to ensure desired outcomes are being achieved.
• Managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including project initiation & planning, development, testing, implementation, and closeout, Waterfall
• Plan, program, and recommend allocation of resources to support the mission and associated goals and objectives.
• Leading and managing health infrastructure projects as the key client interface.

• Build and maintain strong Senior Leadership relationship with various stakeholders within and outside the organization.
• Develop project schedules and plan workload for multiple project management teams and de-conflict resources.
