Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated & resilient team player to join IWM Strategic Partnerships team as Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships. In this role, you will report directly to the Director, Strategic Partnerships, and be responsible for the maintenance and execution of key deliverables of internal and external partnerships across IWM footprint. The incumbent will also be an IWM culture & behavior promoter by owning specifics IWM Change Management’s tasks with a global-local focus.

You will contribute to the long-term profitability of the International Wealth Management (IWM) business
line by:


  • Managing the strategic partnerships portfolio by creating a partnerships portfolio management strategy for sustainment
  • Supporting the creation of the business development plan for this key revenue-generator function,
  • Overseeing and providing governance to the E2E processes and controls across the different stakeholders & support units involved on any IWM partnerships
  • Proposing, tracking, and reporting KPIs/KRIs to measure the success of the partnerships model,
  • Co-creating and leading the implementation of Executive dashboards to present results and overall IWM P&L contribution.
  • Co-creating the IWM Partnership Framework & Standards and support the implementation,
  • Ensuring high quality standards of the partnerships that bring the whole Bank to Wealth clients and aligned with IWM’s strategic goals.
  • Executing recordkeeping controls for the intragroup group agreements after signing agreements (IGA system owner for IWM)
  • Acting as a Project Manager (PM) for the IWM Partnership Program, (during project stage - track and communicate day to day tasks related to any milestone of the program, provide executive reporting on status of the program, monitor the completion of all tasks to quickly identify, escalate, and log risks, including action plans).
  • Becoming an IWM Culture Promoter by owning ad-hoc tasks related to the overall IWM Change Management strategy
  • Supporting business requirement gathering across IWM footprint.
  • Manage relationship with the SME designated by different Partnerships’ owners/sponsors
  • Partnering with SMEs to complete the initial intake assessment of any new Partnership and prepare execution plan to ensure adherence to the model after signing-off
  • Create an environment of transparency and foster accountability with stakeholders to support successful project implementation
  • Partnering with the IWM Business Platforms and Experience team to identify optimal digital solutions
  • Supporting the plan and coordination of the business and user acceptance testing and prepare recommendation for sign-off
  • Create rules and processes related to disputes identification, escalations, and resolutions between partners
  • Acquiring ongoing market trend knowledge on external partnership opportunities & details
  • Supporting training efforts; including training needs assessment, training plan, training material and roll-out
  • Working closely with Practice Excellence & Digital Adoption team & all business lines at head office and in country for IWM to sustain business/digital transformation needs
  • Developing communication and engagement plans, and implementing them to align leaders and key stakeholders
  • Supporting training efforts; including training needs assessment, training plan, training material and roll-out
  • Supporting partnership excellence for strategic internal and external partnerships
  • Identifying, assessing and making decisions on potential Strategic Partners that would be beneficial for the overall model and the action plans from QA and testing programs

Experience:

  • Spanish is mandatory for this position
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Legal, Humanities, Psychology or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development/consultant
  • Minimum 5 years of experience creating, developing, and managing partner/client engagement programs.
  • Minimum 3 years team leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of the banking and wealth management business
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills (English & Spanish)
  • Confident speaker and presenter (English & Spanish)
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, and organize work schedule and prioritize accordingly
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
  • Ability to collaborate with others and at many levels of the organization
  • Ability to analyze data and outcomes to recommend program refinements and improvements
  • Strong team player
  • Goal and action oriented / Entrepreneurial
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
