The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Manager, National Campus Recruitment and Early Talent to join our National Talent Attraction team. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction and implementing effective, creative, results-driven talent strategies. This role reports to the Director of Talent Attraction.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the campus recruiting strategy for all Internship, Co-Op and Entry Level New Graduate opportunities and programs
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that continually strives to improve the ability to engage, identify and hire early talent
  • Collaborate closely with geographies and employer brand to maximize the KPMG candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experiences
  • Collaborate with the ID&E Talent Attraction Team to maintain national talent processes including inclusive job postings, interview guides, unconscious bias training sessions and candidate evaluation process to ensure hiring decisions are grounded in evidence
  • Develop relationships with post-secondary partners to promote and educate the KPMG employer value proposition to students
  • Develop and report on key metrics, successes, and ROI for programs and the overall strategy
  • Implement and improve campus recruitment operational processes with our HR Delivery Center to standardize and automate procedures
  • Oversee execution of all national student candidate experiences and recruitment campaigns
  • Evaluate current programs in place and propose enhancements
What You Bring To The Role
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Campus Talent Acquisition
  • In-depth understanding of the recruitment function and public practice profession
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to multitask and adapt as priorities shift in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey the message effectively to various stakeholders and audiences
  • Comfortable with presenting to senior leaders and external partners
  • Ability to develop, measure, and report on programs objectives and key results
  • Knowledge in recruiting technology and emerging trends in early talent recruitment
  • Proven project/program management capabilities
This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate may be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders while at KPMG. The successful candidate may be required to create, interpret and/or apply policies, practices, laws and and/or regulations during the regular course of their employment.
