The Data and Artificial Intelligence Risk (DAIR) team is looking for a highly driven change agent who demonstrates integrity, drive and courage to lead the design and execution of the DAIR management program plan.


As a member of the team, you will be directly contributing the operationalization of data and AI risk at the organization, while working with a collaborative team of inspiring professionals to help deliver the Enterprise DAIR Program objectives.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Design comprehensive metrics to cover the full data risk taxonomy
  • Responsible for the collection, reporting and visualization of key metrics for various purposes (Board reporting, committees, project updates, audit, regulator) and audiences (Board, Senior Leadership, Team, Audit, Regulator).
  • Responsible for project/program management (project plan, risk and issue tracking) of key deliverables for operationalizing program (including managing/tracking Regulator and Audit deliverables)
  • Responsible for creating reports/decks as it pertains to metrics and program delivery
  • Provide expertise and advice to the first line of defense on the design and best practices, specifically as it pertains to metrics and project deliverables, for effective implementation of Data and AI Risk
  • Develop strong partnership and work in close alignment with other risk functions and business partners to provide professional advice and guidelines
  • Assist in execution of the periodical and ad-hoc reporting to the Board, CRO, Risk Committees, including collection of metrics and creation of dashboards and reports
  • Exercise sound judgment in identifying, reporting, and escalating risks or issues to senior management
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment, and prioritize team’s goals
  • Assist with data risk management activities and participate in data risk management oversight where required
  • Champion a high-performance environment and contribute to an inclusive work environment


Job Requirements:


  • Strong quantitative background (based on either experience or education) is a must
  • Post-Secondary education completed.
  • PMP preferred but not mandatory
  • 5+ years experience in data & analytics, internal control, risk management, project/program management and/or related areas
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence Visualization tools (for example Tableau and/or Power of BI)
  • Project/program management experience
  • Strong Microsoft Suite experience (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in creating and developing presentation materials (including reports and business intelligence visualization) and informing with Senior Management
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
  • Strong organization skills and adaptability to manage ambiguity
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills are not required, but considered an asset
  • Curious and proactive learner able to solve complex problems, multi-task and manage changing priorities
