About This Opportunity

In this role, you will ensure Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited’s network is prepared to meet the requirements of our production facilities. This role currently leads a team of five direct reports and is the communication link to our total supplier network.

Responsibilities

  • Raw Material Planning:Manage the communication of rolling forecast to all direct suppliers and internal supply chain teams, incorporating supply changes, innovations, delists and capital projects.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Management of supplier relationships with key direct material suppliers, including the leadership of strategic routines to review budgets, forecasts, supply constraints and transportation requirements.
  • Technical Aptitude: Responsible for management and determination of safety stock setups, system configuration changes, and bill of material updates.
  • Business Continuity Focus: Identification and disposition of supply challenges and supplier partner performance escalations.
  • Financial Leadership: Manage monthly financial routines focused on communicating your team’s impact to working capital, supply constraints, purchase price variance, write-offs, and commodity risk management.


Qualifications

  • University degree or college diploma with a focus in Procurement or Supply Chain
  • 10+ years of work experience in a senior operational role, in Supply Chain or Manufacturing is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to model various business scenarios and analyze resulting costs, impacts, risks, and benefits to inform and recommend business solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and suggest improvements to contracts, statements of work and other legal agreements
  • Demonstrated ability to assemble and analyze large quantities of data and conduct in-depth analysis of the data, such as should-cost models, benchmarking, etc.
  • A strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment while being highly organized
  • Strong negotiation skills
