As our Senior Manager Digital Marketing Manager you will play a key role in Vention’s growth strategy by driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The Performance Marketing Lead will be accountable for managing the end-to-end paid digital acquisition effort (from awareness to converting on our website).

More specifically, you will

• Execute the day-to-day support and execution of digital marketing campaigns including project management, build, QA, deployment, measurement/reporting.
• Manage the financial planning of digital marketing across channels, reforecasting ad spend targets and shifting spend to drive performance while adhering to budgets and goals
• Lead the targeting and audience segmentation for digital campaigns across a variety of platforms and initiatives.
• Manage Display, Search, SEO and Social acquisition channels
• Develop and implement SEM/SEO best practices in order to optimize PPC and organic search campaigns.
• Maintain and execute A/B testing roadmap
• Conduct ongoing content, keyword, and URL audits to improve digital assets performance
• Leverage data to analyze the campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for improved performance
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing/demand generation and track record of driving digital marketing projects to completion
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business, economics or related field of study
• Eagerness to learn, self-starter who shares our continuous improvement values
• Strong English written skills. Proficiency in any other language is an asset.
• Experience in running PPC campaigns (Google, FB, Bing, Youtube)
• In depth knowledge of SEM/SOE principles.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics platforms (GA, SEMRush, Search Console)
• Strong work ethic, autonomous, flexible and creative, able to adapt to evolving business needs
