We are seeking Senior Liaison Engineering Specialist to bring their expertise to our Aerospace team in Dorval, embodying our core values:

Role & Responsibilities - How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Collaborate and provide technical support to operations, methods and quality.
  • Consult with specialists within the engineering community (flight science, stress, systems and others) as needed to achieve optimal resolution.
  • Consult with suppliers on components that do not fall under the customer’s design authority.
  • Interpret technical drawings, specifications and aircraft manuals. Ensure strict adherence to design intent when replacing, reworking or accepting non-conforming components.

Qualities & Skills - What Sets You Apart:

  • You have an engineering degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering and more than 5 years’ relevant experience. A technical degree with relevant aerospace experience will also be considered.
  • You have the ability to obtain an Engineering Liaison MRB delegation on Global platforms after a short period of on-the-job training.
  • You are familiar with aircraft metal and composite structures, as well as the installation of aeronautical systems. Knowledge of business aircraft interiors is an asset.
  • You know how to browse engineering models in CATIA V5.
  • Bilingualism (French - English) (An asset)
