Job Overview As Senior Coordinator, Human Resources - Labour Relations (LR), you will provide support to the Labour Relations team in various areas of human resources management, and more specifically in working with LR advisors and front-line operational managers to assist them with disciplinary and administrative management, grievances and arbitrations, documentation and application of collective agreements in Quebec and Ontario. Key Responsibilities Collect, compile, analyze data and prepare reports; In collaboration with managers and labor relations advisors, propose management strategies for complex and/or multidisciplinary labor relations files. Work to improve the LR team’s tools and participate in their design, development and automation; Responsible for process compliance and auditing, as required; Ensure that indicators and data are up to date for communication and governance purposes; Provide support to the Labor Relations Advisors team in the analysis and research of various LR files. Critical Qualifications Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and professionalism Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; Ability to work and interact with people at different hierarchical levels, including the union; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Good knowledge of federal labor laws Interest in process improvement and optimization Bilingualism required in French and English (spoken and written): as part of their duties, this person will be required to interact in English with stakeholders outside Quebec. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with concentration in human resources management or industrial relations; Work experience in labor relations (asset); Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP, CRHA, CRIA) or ORHRI candidate (asset); Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including excellent command of Excel and Powerpoint spreadsheets Experience in project coordination (asset) Additional Information Position type: Professional (P2), Non Management Job status: Permanent, Full-Time Possible work location: Boucherville, QC. Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
