Position: Senior Game Designer (Monetary/Economy Design)

Responsibilities:


  • Actively participate in discussions and provide support for the design and developments of systems for SLG mobile games ( simulation & strategy Game) COK/ROK-like.
  • Build numerical models and formulate designs based on game system rules.
  • Allocate numerical proportions, develop data structures, and maintain relevant forms.
  • Adjust numerical balance in the game, including combat/fight balance, economic systems, and character growth.
  • Manage key in-game data, pricing in the store, development rhythm, and resource output and consumption.
  • Other tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements:

  • Five years or more experience in game development;
  • Experience in numerical planning for one or more complete SLG projects(simulation & strategy mobile game projects (COK/ROK-like)), from 0 to 1 ( from pre-production to launch the project).
  • Preferably with expertise in both combat/fight and economic numerical game design experience;
  • Proficiency in Excel functions.
  • Detail-oriented and strong execution skills.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, communication and creative skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada without any sponsorship from the employer at this time.
