Job Description:As a member of the Canadian Finance Team, you will provide dedicated financial support to the business and customer teams in decision making processes and business planning and analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities include:Support preparation of annual and quarterly business teams forecasts, including variance analysis and management reports, ensuring required inputs are accurately embedded in the financial forecastsSupport preparation of analysis/evaluations of the financial impact of business proposals including new product introductions, pricing actions, SKU rationalization, margin-enhancing initiatives, promotions and select customization using established tools and proceduresPrepare specialized financial analysis to support the business team’s understanding of key drivers in its P&LProvide forecast and quarter-end financial data to Corporate Financial Analyst to aid in the completion of consolidated reporting

Job Requirements:Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or related fieldCPA designated or actively working towards designationCPG Manufacturing industry experience a strong asset3+ years of experience in FP&A and a strong understanding of accounting/financial reportingStrong financial analytical skills and forecast experienceSolid understanding of multiple business units ie sales, marketing and product supplyWorking knowledge of BPCS, SAP, Cognos & Essbase is an assetAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skillsHighly motivated, energetic and team orientedHighly organized and able to manage time and multiple tasks and prioritiesStrong attention to detail and accuracyApply
