Auth0 is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist who can provide operational and administrative support to Auth0’s Engineering organization. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys organizing and optimizing people, processes, and tools in a fast-paced, iterative environment. You will be a trusted partner to the leadership team and use their input to execute day-to-day operations with minimal oversight.

In This Role You Will

• Create clear and compelling content through written and visual mediums.
• Represent Engineering to the rest of the company via the build and maintenance of Confluence pages, content publication (blogs and announcements), and manage information architecture.
• Help develop and manage documentation of departmental policies, processes, and initiatives related to training, development, business continuity, travel, and engagement.
• Support collection and reporting of regular metrics and key performance indicators across Engineering. Create meaningful visualizations through tools such as Tableau, Looker or Google Data Studio.
• Be a key contributor to 3rd party vendor management by performing as a functional bridge between external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and execute operational improvements to increase efficiency and responsiveness across the organization through process improvement, project planning and stakeholder management.
• Partner with multiple groups to improve onboarding and training experiences for new team members and execution of Engineering people programs to include Internship and Engineering Launch programs.
• Plan key events including team offsites, conferences, and seminars; and coordinate organization-wide meetings and activities for users across multiple time zones, including All Hands meetings, cross-org training, social activities, etc.
• Strictly maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  
  

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 5+ years of experience in a business, operations, or project management role, and have worked with senior leaders.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), and other productivity tools.
• Previous experience working in a remote/distributed environment.
• Strong English language skills.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of synthesizing and abstracting complex information into clear messaging.
• Possess strong analytical problem solving and process improvement skills.
• Have a demonstrated record of influencing and partnering across multiple teams and departments.
• Enjoy being exceptionally organized with a focus on execution.
