As a Senior Business Analyst, you contribute to the success of product development initiatives in defining the business and technical requirements of our enterprise platform Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will ensure that specific individual goals and plans are captured in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. You will work closely with various project stakeholders to map their roles and responsibilities. You will also make sure that all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. You are an expert of your craft who provides guidance and mentorship to your colleagues.

  • Works with cross-functional teams in determining the best edge cases to support reusability and scalability across the platform.
  • Defines and document the platform user requirements while keeping an eye out for any important process opportunities.
  • Defines clear requirements by writing and updating agile stories.
  • Supports with backlog grooming and prioritization and participates in test case definition and user acceptance testing.
  • Understands how the organization’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?


  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • (optional) Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field such as computer science or computer engineering.
  • (optional) Basic knowledge of programming languages to comprehend reading code and basic functions.
  • Advanced experience working with AEM. Being an Adobe Certified Business Practitioner is a bonus.
  • (optional) Industry-related certifications such as CBAP.
  • Experience with documentation and project management platforms such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Strong communication and business writing skills.
  • Analytical and creative thinking and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced level knowledge of SDLC within Agile Scrum methodology.
  • A positive and resilient personality.
  • Comfortable working in a self-guided manner.
  • Comfortable working within tight timeframes and with working creatively within specific constraints.
  • A fast learner who has an appetite to learn what’s behind both simple and complex financial solutions.
