We are looking for a CPA with Public Practice experience that is motivated to build (or has) their own client list to join forces with our firm

The ideal CPA is outgoing and wants to have their compensation tied to their performance and ability to build and service a book of business.

This position is not for everyone. But if you want to be rewarded for your results, rather than just your time spent, and you have the entrepreneur drive to grow, this could be your opportunity to succeed as our variable compensation package rewards you for your ability to create a book of business.

All of our team is involved in the hiring process because we want everyone to have a say in who they will be working alongside every day. We can’t pick our family, but wouldn’t it be nice if we could all pick our co-workers?

Responsibilities will vary based on your specific skill set, however, preference will be given to those with tax season and Compilation Engagement experience in a CPA firm.

The biggest responsibility will be bringing a positive attitude to the workplace and assisting all your co-workers while working in an extremely positive and flexible team environment.

Did you know?

Alberta Minimum Standards only list 9 General holidays (aka "Stats"). While our employees get 14.5 a year?

In 2021, thanks to our incentive programs, and generous paid leave our permanent staff could still have had 8% less starting base wage than a traditional firm and still make more monetary compensation per hour of work.

More moneyandfewer hours of actual work?

Yes, at CGL Tax, it is possible.
