Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Monitor CCTV cameras to ensure the safety and security of guests and property
- Collaborate with the loss prevention team to prevent theft and maintain a secure environment
- Assist with emergency situations, such as evacuations or medical emergencies
- Coordinate transportation for guests, including arranging taxis or shuttle services
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including logging complaints or issues

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and practices
- Basic understanding of law enforcement procedures
