Paneless is entering its 28th year of business and we are always looking for motivated and driven maintenance techs to join the team. We specialize in exterior window cleaning, pressure cleaning and eavestrough cleaning with each day and site being unique and challenging.

Field techs use water fed poles, aerial man-lifts, ladders and potentially rope access. All training is provided and paid for by Paneless Property Services.

You will work closely in teams of 2-4 techs to complete daily sites - arriving early on site, performing formal hazard assessments, participating in safety & strategic tailgate meetings and executing cleaning & maintenance tasks with your team following company established production systems.

Requirements:

Employment Type:

• Full time seasonal employment, April 15th to Nov 15th (May-Oct option as well)

Work Hours:

• Varies depending on the seasonal activities and weather. 7:30AM-5:00PM Monday to Friday typical. Weekend work potential option

Salary:

• $23.00-$35.00 per hour
