Purpose of Job:
The Branch Systems Administrator’s primary focus is to ensure that all workstations, voice communications and multi functioning devices are running effectively.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the workstations, voice communications and multi-functioning devices
  • Ensure all technology is running at maximum efficiency & respond to technical issues
  • Conduct seminars and sessions on new applications
  • Escalate issues to internal and external providers
  • Act as point of contact for branch staff to answer questions
  • Build effective working relationships across the team and contacts
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Facilitate a culture of open and honest communication

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous Financial industry experience considered an asset
