Job content

The Scheduler is responsible for the order staging data entry to insure the timely fulfillment of product requests as well as communicating to the key stakeholder’s product ETA and timing of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide order staging data entry (Baan) of all equipment orders;
• Schedule deliveries according to customer’s request;
• Communicate special needs and requests to delivery carrier;
• Ensure equipment is configured according to the pick ticket/sales order;
• Ensure all paperwork is processed accurately and completely;
• View equipment availability based on requests and stage orders as required;
• Communicate product availability to the sales group and timing of delivery based on planned delivery date;
• Data Entry into Transportation system for delivery of product;
• Communicate product needs to inventory control management as needed and required;
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
  

Qualifications

• Post Secondary Education
• Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience
